Big mad

I was missing karma becouse the howrse-team is convinced my housemates profile was being used by me. So i was banned and his profile was deleted. When trying to clear up the situation, support told me to "kindy stop replying". They would not answer me on why they where so sure, how or where i could prove myself. 

I am really dissapointed in the support, they trust way too much in a faulty system who pick up people just playing together on their seperate profiles. I bitterly regret ever supporting the game by forwarding it to new players.
